Croydon council’s digital service is hiring designers and user researchers

Are you experienced in service design, content design or user research?

Do you have a ton of enthusiasm and experience in service design, content design or user research? Would you like to make a difference to the lives of thousands of people through your work, in an organisation serious about getting user-centred design at the heart of what we do? Then we would love to welcome you into the Croydon Digital Service and we are #notmessingaround!

This is an exciting time at CDS. We are redesigning our website and services to put user needs first, and we need some passionate, motivated, engaging new team members to spread new ways of working throughout the council.

Do contact me via twitter or annie.heath@croydon.gov.uk if you would like to chat about the roles and the work.

Two of the roles are currently 2 year fixed term but we fully intend to make them permanent. We are a permanent team, not a temporary programme.

The closing date for applications is 15th April and we need you to be available to interview in the weeks beginning 23rd (after bank holiday Monday) and 29th April.

There is more detail about us and the role in the job adverts and description.

I look forward to receiving your application!
