TEA and TECH – Improving health and wellbeing with online tools

Dementia is a life-limiting condition and will affect most of us at some point in having to deal with its symptoms or care for someone else.

Understanding how to recognise the signs and learning a few techniques to help keep the brain active and our memories alive could make the difference in the quality of life for those around us.

Work overload, trauma and mental health issues can also affect our memory so a greater insight into this at a younger age is very useful.

Anna D’Agostino, Croydon BME Forum (http://www.cbmeforum.org) will help us to recognise the signs and where to get advice and ongoing to support for those living with dementia, carers and family members.

We will look at some of the apps and tools online that can help us.
