We understand that for many employers, finding value at a traditional careers fair can be difficult, whether this be online or in-person. Grads in Games Career Connector is different, we aim to provide value to the employers taking part by ensuring they are matched with the types of students and graduates they will want in their teams. For students, we want to provide an opportunity for more meaningful discussions with potential hiring managers that can result in more offers of a formal interview.
