Nadia is the Founder of the website Shy and Mighty created to help shy people of all ages overcome their self-consciousness and self-doubt and to give them the courage to speak up, step forwards and share their talents so that they can achieve big things in their own unique way.

Nadia will offer a different approach to talking to shy mentees and offer tips and techniques to help our girls find their voice: ‘Shyness is not weakness. Shyness is not a shameful secret. Let’s own our shyness, and work with it.’
