Digital support embedded within Social Prescribing
ClearCommunityWeb will discuss their methods for successfully aligning and supporting other organisations to deliver Digital support.
ClearCommunityWeb believe an effective way to provide a sustainable digital inclusion support services is to embed it within Social Prescribing and to work along side link workers and community builders.
Our approach is to go to where people already seek support and align with other organizations and projects to ensure residents get access to the broadest range of assistance in a place where they are comfortable or trust.
Many of the people we work with have multiple challenges or the ‘tech’ is the immediate barrier but underlying is a critical need to access other care and support.
